JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Conduct research to breed, formulate, or develop baby care products and oversee baby care products prototyping, or development projects.

•   Propose new baby care products' processes, technologies, or applications based on findings, or research projects.

•   Analyze data from baby care products studies. Conduct experiments on baby care products technologies. Deliver baby care product launch plans.

•   Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

•   Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.

•   Monitoring — Monitoring/Assessing performance of self, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

•   Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

•   Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

•   Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes

COURSE/QUALIFICATION:

•   Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related courses.

•   Master's degree in Pharmacy or related courses as an added advantage.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3 – 5 years

REQUIRED AGE: 28 – 34 years
