Job Description:
- Field inbound calls and enter service tickets into ticketing system
- Monitor ticketing system and ensure prompt client response within specified service level agreements
- Assist support engineering team with open tickets, with greater intensity and level of difficulty as skills advance
- Complete systems documentation, research, and updates
- Assist project teams with new systems deployments.

Job Qualifications:
- BSc Computer Engineer or Computer Science
- Technical certifications from Microsoft encouraged but not required (ie. MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.). Other technical certifications (ie. Cisco, Citrix, Watchguard, SoniceWALL, hardware certifications, etc.) are encouraged as well.
