Job Title: Estate Manager

Location: Oria-Abraka, Delta State

Organisation: Ashbert Nigeria

Sector: Hospitality and Leisure Business, Beverages and Bottling Services

Role & Responsibilities:

•   Management and Supervision of the Resort and Bottling facility.

•   Co-ordinate and Manage all activities of subordinates, contractors & suppliers and write reports in a timely manner

•   Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the country club and bottling facility to a high standard

Requirements:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Facilities or Estate Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.

•   2 – 5 years hands-on experience in hospitality and hotel management

•   Good Communication Skills; verbal and written

•   Interpersonal Skills

•   Must be able to work with little or no supervision

•   Computer Literacy is mandatory

•   Certification in hospitality/hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added advantage.

•   In addition, a married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above-mentioned fields, and may be considered for a position at the resort or bottling facility.
