Health Services Department:

•   Director

•   Medical Officer

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Director of Hospital Services

•   A candidate seeking appointment as Director Hospital Services in the University must possess a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent from a recognized University within or outside the country with fifteen years Post Basic Qualification experience.

•   He must possess an up to date Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.

•   A postgraduate qualification in Public Health will be an advantage.

Pharmacist

•   A candidate seeking appointment as Pharmacist must possess a B.Pharm degree from a recognized University and must be Registrable with the Pharmacists Registration Council of Nigeria, plus one year post-Registration Cognate experience.

Medical Officer

•   A Candidate seeking appointment as Medical Officer must possess a degree in Medicine registrable with the Medical and Dental Council (MDC).

•   In addition to having a minimum of 2 years' experience in Medical Practice at recognised Institution and Candidate should be Computer Literate.

Nursing Officer II

•   A candidate seeking appointment as Nursing Officer II must possess a Bachelors degree in Nursing Science from a recognized University and must be registered or registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Nursing Superintendent

•   A candidate seeking appointment as Nursing Superintendent must possess the NRN Qualification from a recognized Nursing School within the Country and duly Registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

•   A post Basic Qualification in Midwifery will be an added advantage.
