The foundation aims at promoting a high level of education for Mexicans who wish to study abroad and intend to return to Mexico to improve knowledge in their chosen field of study.

Applicants should:
· Have an IELTS score of at least 7.0 or a TOEFL iBT score of at least 80
· Have a CGPA of 8.5 (out of 10)
· Have 2 years of work experience
Preference will be given to applicants who have tried to obtain funding through other sources.
