Support CSM from TBO competency perspective in multiple roles like reporting, postpaid, prepaid, provisioning, application support, etc

Required                                 

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 3 years experience in Prepaid service and tariffing

•   At least 3 years experience in Business Application, Pretups and Oracle ERP

•   At least 3 years experience in Postpaid system (Eulogy, etc.)

•   At least 3 years experience in Reporting, CDR analysis, MIS and Business intelligence, Datawarehouse, etc.

•   English: Fluent                                 

Preferred                                 

•   Master's Degree

•   At least 5 years experience in Prepaid service and tariffing

•   At least 5 years experience in Business Application, Pretups and Oracle ERP

•   At least 5 years experience in Postpaid system (Eulogy, etc.)

•   At least 5 years experience in Reporting, CDR analysis, MIS and Business intelligence, Datawarehouse, etc.
