Description of the SERVICE: – Ensuring that all diving activities are performed to the highest safety standards with due regards to Company and international codes and regulations – Assuring that all diving equipment and personnel are suitably certified and in good condition for each operation – Managing the Site Construction supervision team and controlling the Pipelines EPSCC Contractor EPSCC and its sub-Contractors (the CONTRACTOR) activities related to Dog legs installation, tie-in to risers and diving operations.

Specific Activities:

CONTRACTOR Control

• To manage CPY and CTR teams, in order to achieve a proper control of all CONTRACTOR's offshore tie-in and diving operations, including: – Movement and positioning of spreads – Dog leg installation – Hyperbaric welding – NDT and dimensional Control – subsea metrology, Free span reduction – Installation of protection mattresses, spools, risers, riser guards and tie-in works – All diving and ROV operations

• To ensure that CPY and international Naval Spread requirements and Contractor Naval Operations procedures and that HSE requirements related to Lay Barge and transportation barge operations are complied with.

• To assess the seriousness and urgency of possible problems encountered by or with CONTRACTOR, and, when necessary, to obtain an acceptable remedial actions plan from CONTRACTOR.

• To assess the relevancy of the construction related CORs issued by CONTRACTOR, and prepare supporting data for the purpose of the internal VOR Review Meetings.

• To prepare and participate to the Weekly, Monthly and, when concerned, ad-hoc meetings with CONTRACTOR.

• Interface Management and Co-ordination

• To co-ordinate as required within CPY supervisory team to manage the interfaces with EPC2 , EPC5 Contractor, Drilling Contractor and the field.

Reporting: To report on tie-in work and diving activities to CSR

Others:

• Oversee the development, production and implementation of a series of pre and post dive check off lists for all diving operations by Contractor.

• Ensure that all personnel in the dive team are qualified and physically able to perform tasks assigned and diving operations are performed from a suitable and safe location on the surface, and in compliance with any permit to work system.

• Ensure that the diving equipment designated for use is: Suitable for the planned diving operation, Inspected prior to each dive and in good working order.

• Maintain and submit reports required by regulations concerning diving operations and equipment maintenance, testing or repair to the appropriate offices within the company.
