The Corporate Fellowship Program (CFP) is an innovative initiative that allows applicants to the Full-time MBA to finance their studies by committing to join the participating company on completion of the MBA program. Each participating company covers ESMT tuition and fees and offers the successful fellow a 6-month paid traineeship in the company.
The Corporate Fellowship Program allows companies to define the characteristics being sought for future leadership positions. ESMT then matches these characteristics to those of successful applicants and presents short-listed candidates to the companies, who then offer fellowships to suitable candidates. In the past companies participating in the program included Allianz, Deutsche Bank, E.ON and Siemens.
For the 2012 Full-time MBA intake, together with corporate founders, ESMT offers this exclusive opportunity to Full-time MBA applicants. Your profile is matched to the recruitment requirements of our corporate partner. If you fit in with these criteria, and you are selected by our partner, you become a Corporate Fellow. Your sponsoring company covers your tuition and fees. You also receive a 6-month paid traineeship period in the company (1,000 Euro/ month).
