Senior Production Technologist – E&P oil and gas company – Nigeria Reporting to the General Manager, this is a permanent position for a Senior Production Technologist to join a local E&P company. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of the field optimization of our producing fields, and drive the recovery per well of the existing producing wells and develop an integrated production system model for them. In this way, this is a well rounded Production Technologist role with hands on involvement in the production and development stage of their projects.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years experience in the O&G industry covering both land, swamp and deepwater experience
• Experience of Nigerian and international would be advantageous
• Track record in Field Development Planning and execution, Completion design, Well behaviour, Lift curves, de-bottleneck analysis, Material Balance, Drainage pattern & Well and Reservoir Recovery Optimization, PVT analysis, Well Test Design and execution
• Track record in Production System Asset Optimization, Reservoir Planning & Monitoring, Lift Modelling, Forecasting, by Asset, Reservoir and by string
• Full understanding from reservoir to point of sales, including lift, sampling, testing, processing, measuring, losses, hydrocarbon accounting
• Asset stewardship, with particular focus on integrity, HSE, full understanding of Resource reporting and Asset & Reservoir optimization
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving abilities and commercial acumen

Salary will be competitive depending on level of experience.
