Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE:

•   Retailers and growers segmentation

•   Customer Relationship Management

•   Market research Management

•   Communication Management

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•   Implementation of marketing strategies, advertisement and its communication according overall HQ and country strategies

•   Surveys on markets (segments, users, sales channels and competition), analysis of the data and identification of positive opportunities.

•   Regular visits to customers and key retailers

•   Applies effective grower, channel and influencer segmentation

•   Develops/delivers innovative, customer-driven offers

•   Delivers distinctive value proposition to customer

•   Designs/implements effective CRM strategies

•   Manages distribution channels effectively

Transition accountabilities:

•   Support the necessary activities to ensure business continuity during the transition.

•   Support the integration of the CP and SE marketing teams, including the definition of new processes/ways of working and fostering mindset change

Requirements:

•   Critical experience and knowledge:

•   3-5 years at least of experience as Marketing Manager for complex market/s, in a challenging, cross cultural environment

•   Preferrebly, 3-5 years of experience in the agribusiness industry

•   Advanced English (written and spoken)
