Job Title: RF Business Planning Manager
Department: Network Group
Location: Lagos

Job Description:    
• Develop the nominal radio coverage and capacity plan in accordance with business objectives as defined by marketing
• Oversee and ensure the implementation of the nominal radio coverage and capacity rollout across the country according to business objectives.
• Prepare the CAPEX and OPEX budget to support the business plan
• Monitor and track the detailed RF design carried out by the regional teams to ensure conformance with the central strategy and nominal rollout plan
• Monitor network performance and configuration to ensure conformance with formulated performance strategy and KPIs

Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working Hours
Reporting To:   Senior Manager RF Planning

Required Skills:   
• Minimum of eight ( years' experience within an RF Planning and Optimization function in dynamic telecommunications environment
• Three (3) years managerial experience with a telecommunications operator or Network Consultancy firm
• Experience of working on a multi-vendor network
• Experience with Ericsson and Huawei equipment will be desirable

Employment Status:    Permanent

Qualification:    
•   B.Sc. in Electrical/ Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
•   MSC in Telecoms or equivalent would be an advantage
