Job Title: Stock Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Recruiter: Deep Blue Energy Services Limited (DBESL)

Sector: Energy, Oil and Gas

ACTIVITIES:

The SERVICE holder participates in materials management operations by performing the following activities: – Control and coordinate the creation and update of material master data to operational requirements, and ensure integrity of information entered in SAP/Unisup by controlling descriptions and modifications, in close communication with Company other Materials Management teams – Ensure consistency between Unisup and physical stock by reporting Physical Inventories and participating in annual materials counts – Supervise and Co-ordinate material requirements planning, requisition of materials, and materials management strategies with Technical Administrators (TADM) within the duet organization, including Purchase Order reception, delivery follow-up and reminders to the Procurement team when required – Carry out internal and external audits for supervision of company stored materials, Third Party materials holders and Repair vendors – Participate in the performance and communication of materials analysis and reporting for Operation and Finance divisions in order to determine optimal level of Stock, and ensure appropriate level of materials is maintained to meet Métier Partners' needs (including materials held at vendors facilities)

The SERVICE holder manages the Compliance:  – Monitor policies and procedures, including integrated business systems (Unisup) and develop and implement improvements to provide the most effective means of meeting the requirements of Métier Partners

The SERVICE holder adheres to the H3SE rules:  – Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation – Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution

• To fully comply with office security, health and safety instructions.

• To stay vigilant and maintain continuous awareness of hazards and surroundings.

• To report to Management on any issue they may face or observe and propose way of improvement.

• To also take care of colleagues safety and behavior without hesitating to intervene as much as necessary.

• To give his own input and making sure the workplace is safe (obviously clean and tidy).

• When in doubt, ask questions to gain clarification.

• To fully comply with Security rules about Travelling in Nigeria.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT:

Materials management is one of the most important functions within the Company. From a financial point of view it is directly linked to Procurement, which represents the Company's greatest single area of expenditure, and as

such means that there is considerable potential to influence the profitability of the Company. The Materials management officer works with a large variety of materials and has a good knowledge and understanding of inventory, material control, materials specifications, certification and verification processes. This position is a transverse one; the Materials Management Officer maintains good relationships with other Procurement functions, with Technical Administrators, Finance teams and Métier partners. – Affiliate's figures of Gas and Oil production: N/A

ACCOUNTABILITIES: The SERVICE holder is accountable for the adequate monitoring of stock materials, to have them available on time for operations, in compliance with all relevant Group and Project procedures pertaining to procurement, and with

NECESSARY PROFILE:

• Degree, Diploma level or equivalent qualification.

• Professional experience: At least 4 years experience in material administration within the Oil and gas industry.

Main Personal Abilities:

•   Problem Solving and planning/organizing/coordinating /controlling

•   Knowledge and understanding of inventory and materials management processes, including material specification, certification and verification activities

•   Knowledge and understanding of Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and reporting (BW) modules of SAP R/3 ERP system

•   Knowledge of Drilling and/or Maintenance materials and processes preferred

•   Language: English fluent
