Job Title: Sales Manager – Architecture, Engineering and Construction Sectors

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic AEC Sales Manager that:

•   Develops and closes a sales pipeline selling Autodesk BIM solutions into provincial and national government, as well as all architectural, engineering and construction firms.

•   Is a sales 'hunter' that will develop new business, and who is not primarily an account manager 'farming' established accounts.

•   Provide sales support to reseller salespeople on selected accounts where support has been identified and requested.

•   Partner with Licence Compliance Manager to identify and close opportunities.

•   Regularly meet and exceed sales targets provided to them.

Desired Skills and Experience:

The candidate must have the following experience and qualifications:

•   A proven sales track record in new business development, where your targets have consistently been exceeded.

•   5 years sales experience, selling into architecture, engineering and construction; in private or public sectors.

•   Experience and understanding of the architecture, engineering and construction industries, specifically would be an advantage.

•   Sales channel experience preferable.

•   Proficiency with a sales methodology that you utilise in your sales – PSS, TAS, Value Selling would be an advantage.
