Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Requirements:
• BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying from a recognised University or Polytechnic
• Possession of professional qualification an added
• A self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Not less than 7 years experience in costs estimating and general quantity surveying practice
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Not more than 45 years of age
