Supervises:   
•   Lead Project Engineer,
•   Senior Gas Processing Engineer
•   Processing Engineer 

Purpose:   
•   Supervise the design, fabrication, construction and completion of the Gas Processing Plant (II) within budget and on schedule
•   Develop appropriate systems and processes for effectively managing Gas Projects in Pan Ocean Oil Corporation

Key Roles &Responsibilities   
•   Supervise the development, construction and completion of Phase II Gas Processing Plant
•   Drive effective and seamless execution of Gas Projects in Pan Ocean Oil Corporation, using world-class Project Management Guidelines and best practices.
•   Facilitate reviews to ensure value realization from the corporation's Gas Projects

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:   
•   Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 15-20 years work experience in managing major Oil and Gas Projects, especially projects > $100m.
•   In-depth HSE experience, certification in HSE a plus
•   Knowledge of and experience in project management principles and practices
•   Knowledge of and experience implementing project management and ERP tools e.g. EAM, SAP, Primavera, Livelink etc
•   Change management and stakeholder engagement skills
•   Excellent PC skills with emphasis on data base and data analysis
•   Training / Certification in Project Management
•   Strong leaders skills and ability to manage interfaces with surface and subsurface teams as well as with government and regulatory stakeholders is essential
