2) OFG Reporting Engineer (Nigerians only) Ltd
The SERVICES consists:

• In charge of all Project Reporting, Communication and Information activities, aiming to maintain and provide in a timely manner various Project statuses all along the Project duration.

b)

Specific Activities:

I. Gather inputs, prepare and dispatch to predefined distribution lists, after hierarchy approval, the following reports, within the predefined reporting schedule and according the Project reporting procedure:

• Project Weekly Highlights

• Summary Monthly Report

• Project Monthly Report

• "Fiche Projet" / Six-monthly Report

• Project Ad-hoc reports

• Reporting to TEPN

• Local content Report

• Six-monthly Reporting on contracts and POs (action monitoring only).

II. Participate to the preparation of presentations on management request. Gather final revisions after meetings to prepare master CD-rom and dispatch after duplication by Project IT Support.

III. Based on information issued from the weekly and monthly reports, keep typical and standard presentations up-to-date for immediate use by the management, including key performance indicators.

IV. Participate, in collaboration with the Project IT Support, to the update of the website: propose updates, draft and submit to the management the narrative and graphic information

• To ensure that the CONTRACTOR, other contractors on site, their subcontractors and all personnel on site actually abide by the safety and fire prevention procedures.

Specific Activities:

Ø Participate in, and promote Risk Assessments.

Ø Ensure site pro-active Vigilance on hazards Slips, trips, and falls, electric shocks, work at height, Confined space entry.

Ø Promote and police, the use of PPE, and other applicable safety apparel on the site and set a good example to co-workers.

Ø Carry out Safety Inductions for all new COMPANY project personnel.

Ø Promote and ensure the correct use of PPE when working at height.

Ø Ensure Safety signage is well maintained and suitable for the applicable work area.

He will be in charge of:

• Reviewing relevant Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Testing documents throughout all project phases. This includes typically material selection, specifications, welding procedures, welding qualifications, testing procedures, ITP, technical reports, etc ...

• Assisting in resolution of interface issues as necessary

• Assisting in analysis of UFR Contractor technical queries and preparation of comments and proposed answers to these queries

• Ensuring that Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Testing activities are performed in line with Contract requirement and Project Specifications,

• Ensuring that Engineering / Qualification / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Testing activities are performed in line with COMPANY general specifications and issue proper derogations, if required

• Establishing / updating technical specifications as necessary

• Conducting inspection of VENDOR's facilities as necessary in particular at qualification stage to ensure adherence to qualified process and prevent deviations
