Job Title: Head – Sales/Marketing

Responsibilities: – Generate and follow-up on qualified leads through email, phone and online activity – Update company database with intelligence gained from activity—calls, emails and visits – Identify prospect needs, timing, process, budget – Develop rapport with prospects, survey their needs, and move them through the opportunity pipeline, selling the advantages of our solutions – Manage customer expectations through the contract and acceptance sign-off process – Contribute to the product's development by knowing what the market is looking for, as well as what regulation requires – Help us deliver effective solutions to customers

Requirements: – Graduate degree required – Minimum of 3+ years successfully selling technology solutions, working as a leader – Understanding of email and web marketing, social networks, web presentation capabilities etc. – Personal integrity, grace working with tech staff and management – Facility with technology, web-applications – Determination to succeed via a positive outlook
