Job Title: Channel Manager – SMES & Residential
Location: Lagos
   
JOB SUMMARY 
•   The Channel Manager will develop and manage all the company's direct and indirect sales channels that interface with small businesses and residential customers.
•   He/She will also be responsible for all aspects of retail product sales; from pricing negotiations through contract development to ensuring successful order fulfillment.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Source and develop reliable sales channels to sell the company's retail products and services.
•   Perform site visits to the company's retail outlets throughout the defined territory.
•   Assist in managing sales performance in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
•   Train and coach sales representatives in the field to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
•   Excellent communication skill-oral, presentation and writing.
•   Knowledge of Internet Protocol and broadband based systems will be a plus.
•   Must be familiar with Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt metropolis.
