Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Nigeria – Build Construction

A Quantity Surveyor is required by a International construction company for a large construction project in Lagos, Nigeria.

My client is a leading contractor who have many projects across Africa and are a strong player in the construction market. Candidates should have a strong QS background and have previous experience both working in Africa and ideally Extension of Time claims on large construction projects. The types of projects the company work on are large scale construction jobs such as hotels, residential, commercial and shopping malls so any experience in this area is a particular advantage. Any experience working in Africa or Nigeria previously, is a strong advantage due to the challenges in working in such a location.

The position is a permanent role and one that will see the successful candidate supervising 3 local QS's and reporting directly to the Country Manager. The position is paying a competitive rate in the market and my client has a strong pipeline of work.
