Quality Control Lead Inspector – 10X3 rotation – Nigeria – 1 Year Contract

I am currently seeking an English Speaking Quality Control Lead Inspector for a large oil project based in Nigeria to begin a 1 year contract. This role will involve a lot of responsibility in ensuring all materials delivered are in line with Quality requirements. Successful Quality Inspectors will also be responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of exchanges between the contractor and the company related to Quality run smoothly. As well as this they will be responsible for the issue and control of all Quality Documentation. Whilst completing this challenging role, Quality Inspectors will be expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture on the yard and adhering to local HSEQ practices.

Qualifications Required:

• NDT level 2
• Welding Inspection (CSIP, AWS or equivalent)
• Intermediary level as a coating inspector (NACE, BGAS-CSWIP)
• ISO 9001
• Applicable Audit Experience
• Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office
• Laboratory Test Knowledge
• Calibration Experience
• Experience Managing the Quality of a yard as a Lead
• Experience Managing a Quality Team

The Successful Quality Control Lead Inspector will be required to start ASAP.
