Job description: Mvoucher/Pretups system daily health check and ensuring availability to all outlets i.e. call centre and customer care and to all agents. Me2U system administration, user management, ensuring correct limits are configured in the database. Oracle and mysql database administration; ensuring database health checks and optimal performance. Voice bundles- development of new voice bundles in timely manner as per business requests, troubleshooting and resolving all voice bundle related issues and complaints raised. Backup of the various VAS system (Mvoucher, Voice bundles, KYC, Content) databases and applications. Reporting on various EVD related issues to IBM group and submitting requested various documentation in time to the Group EVD representative. Resource monitoring for the various VAS nodes and ensuring sufficient resources are available for the IBM in scope VAS nodes.

Required:

•   Bachelor's Degree

•   At least 3 years experience in Thorough knowledge in Oracle database administration; database partitioning in a windows environment, Windows server system administration and a full understanding of the windows log and services mgmt

•   At least 3 years experience in Expertise in Linux systems; server resource management,OS and application installation, and some basic network and IP configuration in Linux

•   At least 3 years experience in Knowledge of mysql database, php, perl, httpd and other web services.

•   English: Fluent

Preferred:

•   Information Technology

•   At least 5 years experience in Thorough knowledge in Oracle database administration; database partitioning in a windows environment, Windows server system administration and a full understanding of the windows log and services mgmt

•   At least 5 years experience in Expertise in Linux systems; server resource management,OS and application installation, and some basic network and IP configuration in Linux

•   At least 5 years experience in Knowledge of mysql database, php, perl, httpd and other web services.
