In the next five years, Certificates: BSCs, MSCs and university education will serve two purposes; an evidence that you are literate and a status thing. They will equal high school certificates. The questions that will be relevant then are : What practical skills do you have? What can you do? Are you a tradesman?

We need to overhaul our educational systems. We need to educate our generation (the future parents) to abandon the idea of preaching endless schooling to the newer generations. As long as we continue in the same trend, unemployment will increase. There is an indication that big mega companies will reduce, small family businesses will increase, rendering services to the world. Small online retailers will increase, craftsmen, tradesmen, vocational skills will become the king.

Become an entrepreneur today!
