Role Summary/Purpose: The Integrated Service Coordinator facilitates the management and control of customer Subsea Production Systems, Horizontal Trees, Platform Wellheads, Flow Control and associated equipment from ex-works to the offshore installation and completion stage through its operational field life. Acting as the focal point, the I.S. Coordinator will liaise between the customer on drilling and production operations, third party suppliers and GE Oil and Gas.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the BOD Projects, Aftermarket and Engineering Departments to co-ordinate equipment storage, maintenance, refurbishment and re-certification and ensure such equipment is prepared and fully fit for purpose to meet the customer's planning schedule

• Identify Rental equipment required to support the customers operations, monitor and support readiness in line with the customers rig schedules

• Liaise with the Offshore Services Department for the allocation of Service personnel for installation activities;Brief Service personnel on scope of work prior to operations commencing and de-brief on completion of operations

• Monitor the effectiveness of equipment maintenance and refurbishment programmes and associated procedures and recommend improvements where necessary

• Actively promote GE Oil and Gas and Operator Safety Policy and Procedures. Ensure that all appropriate personnel are aware of Operator requirements for Toolbox Talks and Risk Assessments prior to undertaking work

• Co-ordinate and control GE Oil and Gas equipment Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme in liaison with customer;Scope of responsibility will include co-ordination and management of PPMs on GE Oil and Gas and third party Xmas trees

• Monitor the effectiveness of PPM programmes, installation and workovers and associated procedures and recommend improvements where necessary

• Co-ordinate and control all aspects of onshore repair/refurbishment of customer owned equipment;Review survey reports and recommend refurbishment scope to customer

• Assist in setting up and controlling spares stock levels both onshore and offshore

• Co-ordinate and control third party supplied certification ensuring original equipment manufacture (OEM) performs refurbishment in accordance with requirements; Creating requests for quotation as required and facilitating the delivery of our customers purchase order

• Administration on the maintenance of equipment records including status, location and certification and make same information available to all interested parties

• Assist in preparing and maintaining an Interface Manual, which accurately describes the processes required to administer the contract

• Submit a monthly report to the customer summarising key activities in support of the contract

• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and operational proposals and reports

• Provide support in identifying new business opportunities and in developing and maintaining contracts

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years minimum working experience in the Oilfield preferably with project related type of work

• Subsea or Surface Product Experience (preferably both but not essential)

• Offshore experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with Well Drilling and Completion equipment

• Working knowledge of product use and limitations

• Commercial awareness

• Ability to work to deadlines
