Job Title: Analyst – IT Support

Location: Ibadan, Nigeria

Reports To: Manager-User Support

Organisation: Etisalat Nigeria

Job Summary:

Assist in the resolution of first level IT related hardware, software and network issues

Principal Functions:

•   Assist in providing general first level technical support to end users organisation-wide

•   Assist in resolving issues and attending to service requests in line with agreed SLAs

•   Interact and consult with internal and external customers to manage customer satisfaction

•   Assist in developing and maintaining an accurate database of historical information about previous user issues

•   Collate and prepare appropriate daily, weekly and monthly activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager-User Support

•   Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager-User Support

Educational Requirements: First degree or its equivalent in relevant discipline

Experience & Skills: Between one (1) and three (3) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience

Deadline: 11th September 2012.
