Finland: Nordea Bank E-mail Scam

Nordea Bank in Finland has issued a warning about scam e-mails that appear to be from the bank. The potentially nefarious e-mail subject lines read, "Security" or "Secure Message Center."

Some of the emails, which are reportedly written in "poor Finnish," prompt Nordea customers to reveal sensitive banking details.

The bank has advised customers to not open emails that appear to be sent from Nordea, and that any such emails should be immediately deleted.

Nordea reiterated its policy that it never contacts its customers by email.
