Job Description:
Responsible for implementing dynamics NAV/ AX/ CRM projects, including business process consulting, customer interviews, information gathering and developing "as is" and "to be" functional design specifications. You will be heavily involved in development, enhancements, implementation, integration and support.
The key responsibilities include: • Overseeing and managing implementation
• Gap analysis of potential applications
• Recommend system enhancements
• Engage in presales activities
Desired Skills & Experience:
• A background in supply chain management and manufacturing is an advantage but not a priority
• At least three years' experience with implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV or CRM on client's site.
• Troubleshooting and analysis experience
• Relevant Certifications in MS Dynamics NAV/AX or CRM is a plus
• A background in finance and costing is an added advantage
• Must have Software Development skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Willingness to learn and work across new technology platforms
• B.sc /HND in relevant filed/s
• Project Management experience is an advantage
• Experience in MS Dynamics Sure step: an added advantage
• Leadership and Motivational skills required.
