Roles & Responsibilities: – Setup branch users – Prompt response to branch complaints and inquiries – Act as contact for all branches on issues concerning virtual banking – Ensure SMS are delivered to customers – Provide detailed report of all activities within the sub-unit on daily, weekly basis and monthly basis.

Requirements: – Minimum education level – A good first degree in any discipline – A minimum of 0 – 5 years' experience e-business, customer service, virtual banking or Related functions.
