(II) Qualifications

(a) Director/Chief Information & Communications Technology Officer (CIO) (CONTISS
•   Candidates should possess a good honours degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
•   from a recognised University plus eighteen years post NYSC cognate experience; or a
•   Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognised university, with fifteen (15) years post NYSC cognate experience.

(d) Chief Systems Analyst /Programmer Engineers (CONTISS 13)
•   Candidates should possess a good honours degree or HND in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution plus fifteen years post NYSC cognate experience; or
•   Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognised university, with twelve (12) years post NYSC cognate experience

(e) Senior Systems Analyst /Programmer Engineers (CONTISS 9)
•   Candidates should possess a good honours degree or HND in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution plus six (6) years post NYSC cognate experience; or
•   a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognised university, with three (3) years post NYSC cognate experience.

(f) Systems Analyst/Programmer Engineers I
•   Candidates should possess a good honours degree or HND in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution plus three (3) years post NYSC cognate experience;
•   or a Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a recognised university, plus NYSC experience.

(g) Systems Analyst/Programmer Engineers II

Candidates should possess a good honours degree or HND in Computer Science or Computer
Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.
