Qualifications:

•   Candidates must possess MBBS Degree from recognized University

•   Provisional Registration of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria.

i) Five copies of curriculum vitae

ii) Photo copies of all relevant credentials.

iii) Birth certificate

iv) Evidence of change of name where necessary

v) Three referee reports

vi) Current Practicing License

vii) NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate
