Details:

We are recruiting for the role of Personal Assistant. – The purpose of this role is for the individual to

coordinate and ensure smooth running of the

Organisation

.

The individual is responsiblr for the following: – Provide administrative support to the Managing

Director/ CEO and the company including scanning,

filing, data entry, copying, setting up meetings and

ensuring compliance – Manage office operations of Administration office

including office supply ordering, point person on

copier/other office equipment repairs and

maintenance – Read, prioritize, and draft emails on behalf of the

CEO – Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO schedules

are up to date with accurate and timely information – Assist in managing customer and employee

relationships – Make preparation, set-up and follow-up on

meeting/event – Takes note and minutes of meetings that take place

in the office – Ensure that the office is neat always and conducive

for work – Inspect the office to ascertain resources are always

available in good quantity in the office – Monitor use of company resources in ensuring

effectiveness – Ensure that reports are sent to the CEO promptly – Act as company representative in handing third

parties and vendors – Review in coming correspondence to the company – Assist with general correspondence, including

drafting letters, to ensure conformity to standards – Coordinate the proper reception of visitor and clients to the company.
