This challenging, but rewarding job sees you as the leading company representative on the rig and will involve your leading a significant and talented team of drillers and related engineers on major North Sea projects.

This role has come about through significant expansion and demand on existing and new projects, which is a good indicator or career development and would be a good move for aspiring superintendents and drilling managers.

Your day-to-day role will see you managing all activities of the well's operations including project management, cost control and safety. You must therefore have a valid IWCF.

Desired Skills & Experience: – Experience with HP/HT (High Pressure High Temperature), UBD (Under Balanced Drilling) and/or ERD (Extended Reach Drilling) is heavily preferred.  – As is an Education to HND level or above (Degree preferred). – Deepwater experience is essential. You must have bachelors degree as well
