PhotoTalk: 'Eko Oni Baje' What can sustain Lagos current legacy?

This is the popular saying in pix that "Eko oni baje" which means literarily "Lagos will not spoil"... I am always scared of continuity challenges in Nigeria. If tomorrow another party wins the race in Lagos state, don't you think the current legacy will be reversed?

What will make Lagos not spoil? Can we brainstorm over it? Thanks.
