Description: Our client, a European IOC with assets in Africa is seeking experienced Drilling Supervisors to protect the company's interest on the rig, while supervising the day to day execution of drilling / workover / testing / completions operations.
Qualifications/Experience:
• BS degree in Engineering (minimum)
• Holds valid IWCF Certificate
• An experienced professional with at least 15 years' experience, including at least 3 years as DSV on swamp rigs
• Good technical knowledge of wellsite supervision.
• Sound knowledge of IADC / API guidelines for well operations.
• Able to supervise subordinates and lead team to achieve results.
• Strong communication skills
• Must have Nigeria or West Africa experience
