Job Description:

The SERVICE consists:

•   To assist the Head of hook-up in coordinating supervisors in order to facilitate the day-to-day relations with the Contractor

•   To help the Head of hook-up to identify any slippage and/or blocking points in work progress

•   To ensure proper coordination with other packages mainly EPCC1, 3 and 5

•   To organize hook-up meetings and record minutes as necessary

•   To ensure good coordination and communication within project team and other external entities

•   To prepare the daily and weekly reports

•   To ensure implementation of hook-up procedures and execution plan

b) Specific Activities:

• Follow progress of hook-up job cards by discipline

• Record minutes of hook-up meetings with Contractor

• Ensure punch list items clearance and organise coordination meetings as necessary

• Ensure RFC Dossier readiness and handed over to Commissioning

• Update hook-up documentation

• Follow and update hook-up schedule

• Assist hook-up team as required

• Liaise with commissioning team as necessary

• Liaise with all discipline supervisors as required for work optimization

• Liaise with logistic support team offshore and onshore

• Expedite daily report collection from each discipline.

• Coordinate with Commissioning ICAPS Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Experienced supervisor with a high technical level in his specialization, with at least 5 years' experience in the context of large international projects.

• Experience on previous Total projects an advantage.

• Must possess a valid BOSIET.
