Job description:

•   We are seeking a skilled, analytical Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. The PPC Campaign Manager will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by managing all aspects of paid search from strategy to implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis.

•   The PPC Campaign Manager will build strong relationships with Google, Facebook and other online advertisement channels while managing and monitoring vendor performance to ensure strong ROI and goal achievement on PPC/Google Ad Words and other paid search campaigns and display network opportunities.

•   Through campaign goal setting, split testing and experimentation, the PPC Campaign Manager will optimize paid search opportunities successfully and be able to document and report on successes and inferences.

•   The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a solid understanding of PPC/Google Ad Words tactics and overall online marketing strategies and a proven track record of success in managing large Ad Words campaigns.

•   Keyword research, keyword reporting, click through rates, conversion optimization, budget management, Google analytics setup, Facebook ads management experience, ad copy writing, bid management, enhanced campaign experience, landing page experimentation and evaluation.

Online Marketing Manager Job Duties:

•   PPC and Other Paid Search Opportunity Implementations that are developed managed and optimized according to goals and data-driven marketing.

•   Facilitate the management and growth of paid search campaigns and ensure the lead funnel for new leads is healthy.

•   Develop in-depth reporting for paid search marketing campaign management.

•   Analyze and report click rates, conversion, bid management, campaign performance to senior leadership.

•   Keyword research and analysis.

•   Bid management and budget setting and tracking.

•   Employ tactics to minimize spending while maximizing ROI.

•   Employ tactics that reduce unwanted clicks such as negative keywords, match type, and reduction in under-performing generic keywords.

•   Develop effective strategies and designs for post-click landing experiences.

•   Stay abreast of updates in paid search markets, competitive landscape and the industry to develop winning strategies.

•   Collaborate with the SEO agency, Online Marketing Team & Web Development team to support new site initiatives.

•   Implement and manage solid analytical Google Webmaster Tools, and Bing Webmaster Tools.

•   Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

•   Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing multiple paid search campaigns, contributing to a successful Pay-Per-Click marketing strategy.

•   Experience managing vendor relationships is preferred.

•   Bachelor's Degree from an accredited higher learning institution required or equivalent combination of experience and education (preferred area of study: Marketing, Computer Science, or other similar fields).

•   Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions for optimizing large scale, performance based campaigns.

•   Knowledge of best practices for landing pages and A/B testing.

•   Google Adwords Certification (GAP) is a plus.

•   Experience using PPC platforms including Adwords, Facebook, and other CPC platforms. – Bid management tools experience.

•   Experience with paid search keyword research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis is required.

•   Excellent organization and planning skills to work independently on strategies, as well as with a team.

•   Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills are critical to success among this company of talented individuals.

•   Must possess strong technical skills and IT understanding including, but not limited to a strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

•   Must possess the ability to evaluate and tweak approaches based on a comprehensive understanding of business' goals.
