Job Description: Develops detailed procedural steps for each well construction project on the rig. Incorporates lessons learned from previous wells, optimize drilling programs for maximum efficiency and optimal costs. Ensures well designs and procedures are consistent with sound environmental policy, company guidelines, and meet all existing regulatory requirements. implement recommended bit and hydraulics programs for all wells.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

Required Skills: Strong Analytical, problem solving and team work skills.

Experience: Minimum of Twelve (12) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling engineering and operations, preferably some of which should be in Deepwater Operations.
