Job description

The successful candidate will carry out but not limited to the following:

1.Review operations programs
2.Supervise the implementation of operation programs
3.Control the activity of contractors and supervisors
4.Personally supervise delicate or risky operations
5.Optimize operations in relation with engineering, geology and reservoir entities
6.Analyze the instantaneous data
7.Compose and review operating procedures
8.Ensure the reliability of technical information
9.Ensure or control daily and final reporting of wells or of operations
10.Participate in the production of technical and operational syntheses
11.Participate in the preparation of invitations to tender and service/equipment contracts
12.Optimize the activities of service providers and assess their performance
13.Ensure the respect of safety rules, of the environment and of the frame of reference
14.Evaluate job holders

Required skills :   

Education: The successful candidate should have a technical Diplioma(HND) or its equivalent.   

Experience: The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience

Skills: The successful candidate should have the following skills:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Excellent negotiating skills
