Job Outputs:
• Act as the central point of contact for technical matters in the region
• Coordinate technical resources through effective scheduling
• Maintain relevant communication channels with stakeholders, management and team
• Establish and maintain customer relationship with customers by organising and attending meetings, following through on problems, giving feedback on service levels and continuous improvement of processes
• Assisting with integrations with vendors and 3rd parties
• Manage and administration of the hosting environment to ensure that reliability and performance levels are maintained to expectation
• Monitor the technical day to day matters experienced by the team, advise and/or ensure implementation of possible solutions
• Ensure the completion of IT related tasks in accordance with defined project plans
• To communicate effectively with relevant Stakeholders including team members, vendors and management
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, interpret data and make recommendations
Qualification & Requirements:
• Relevant IT Diploma/Certification
Knowledge & Experience:
• Strong technical background, especially in the spheres of Web development and system administration.
• Experience with working on Amazon Cloud platforms a plus.
