Job Description: – To be the driving force for IT change through the shaping of business requirements, business process models, user stories, test strategies, plans and scenarios, implementation plans and business change communication plans. – To champion that all change undertaken must be cost effective, incremental and benefits driven, and to challenge where this is not evidenced – To pull together teams across multiple functions/areas to focus on supporting business requirements for change in a controlled and consistent manner

Business / Domain knowledge w/r to multi-channel retail processes – Ensure that knowledge is transferred amongst team members and the wider IT Team through information sharing groups, coaching of colleagues, documentation share etc... – Ensure that all communication (verbal or written), is clear, concise, consistent and appropriate for the audience – Ensure that the impacts of change are understood clearly by all stakeholders – Provide leadership within the BSA community and the wider IT team with regard to best practice

Requirements: – Graduate calibre with a proven business experience including: – Proven experience of working as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst on projects that successfully deliver incremental value. – Retail experience with particular emphasis on multi-channel solutions – Previous experience in a Retail eCommerce environment – Self-starter who is comfortable operating in structured and unstructured environments and able to maintain motivation and direction at all times. – Able to shape and mould ambiguity and bring about order from chaos. – Proven experience of working in a matrix environment. – Proven experience of having worked with near-shore and/or offshore development and test teams. – Ability to challenge development and support teams and speak their language.
