Job Title: Senior Manager Network Quality Assurance
Department: Network Group
Location: Lagos
Employment Status: Permanent

Job Description:
•Conducts needs analysis studies and confers with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
•Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers
•Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
•Formulates training policies, programs, and schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
•Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.

Reporting To:   Chief Technical Officer

Required Skills:
•At least 12 years work experience.
•Five (5) years experience in quality systems and processes in the telecommunication sector
•Experience in the GSM industry is desirable

Qualification:
•   Bachelors degree in a field of Engineering, preferably electrical/electronics.
•   Masters degree in a relevant discipline is preferable
