Job Title: Nutrition Co-ordinator

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Employer: Save the Children UK (SCUK)

Sector: Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO)

Job Details:

•   The Nutrition Coordinator will work under the direction of the Nutrition Advisor in the day-to-day successful implementation of the Nigeria Project at the State level.

•   S(he) will be responsible for the support and capacity building of the UGM partners (including CSOs) and the Government counterpart,

Requirements:

•   The incumbent should possess a master's degree or equivalent work experience in the field of nutrition, health or development, experience working with an international NGO is a plus. Candidate must also possess strong computer skills especially in MS office package.

•   Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational/communication skills.

•   S(he) should have an interest in development issue and demonstrate ability to assess priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality;

•   Must be able work independently and manage various projects in a team setting, with limited supervision.

•   Fluency in English and Hausa and strong initiative and self-motivation required, with a commitment to teamwork and effectiveness within a dynamic multi-disciplinary project,
