Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) was incorporated as a limited liability company on May 17, 1989, to harness Nigeria's vast natural gas resources and produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) for export.

Job Title: SENIOR CHARTER ADMINISTRATOR (FLEET PERFORMANCE MONITORING)
REF: SDC/2011/001
LOCATION: BONNY

The Job
The candidate will be required to assist in the administration of the Charter Party Agreements by collating data to track and report vessel/fleet performance in line with the company KPIs and standards set in the Charter Party Agreements

The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
•   Collation of data for measuring vessel performance against charter party performance indices.
•   Vessel operations and HSE monitoring and reporting.
•   Assist in Shipping Capacity Planning
•   Production of weekly, monthly and annual departmental reports.
•   Assist in monitoring fleet expenditure, with a view to exercising budgetary control and discipline.
•   Assist in developing departmental annual budgets.

The Person:
The right candidate should:
•   Possess a minimum of Class 2 Certificate of Competency (Foreign Going) in either Marine Navigation or Marine Engineering.
•   Possess 5 - 10 years sea going experience on LNG carriers or Foreign Going Oil Tankers.
•   Have shore experience in shipping or terminal operations as an added advantage
•   Possess good interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
•   Not be more than 35 years old.
