Description of the SERVICE:
The SERVICE consists
As part of the PCT team, reporting to COMPANY, provide technical assistance in accordance with the technical specifications and the requirements related to quantity, quality, delivery and lead time. Ensure that all Equipment is correctly purchased and handle in SAP via a "Stocked Material PO". Coordinate all the UNISUP related issue for the Spare Parts of the OFON Project and guaranty that ND invoices are paid.
b) Specific Activities:
• Guarantee that operational requirement and deadline are met at all time
• Make sure all contractor and subcontractor respect Nigerian and applicable laws and always act in the best interest of OFON Project and TEPNG.
• Communicating with the material management department for preparing supplier lists for each purchased material for speeding up the procurement process and meeting projects requirements in a timely manner.
• Ensure the follow up of creation of GR, SES and payment of contractor.
• Guaranty the quality of the data contained in e-Transit, Ariba and UNISUP.
• Assist in providing periodic analysis of KPIs in order to highlight problems and propose corrective actions.
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the hierarchy.

Technical background required
Professional Experience (number of years) :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry and/or construction industry.
• Proficiency in information technology tools including PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel, FrontPage, etc.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team on different physical location
• Knowledge of SAP, e-purchasing tools and international trading regulations (Incoterms).
• Knowledge of the principles, methods and legal requirements of purchasing and import procedures. Knowledge of sourcing suppliers and contract management.
• Commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, autonomy, team spirit, ability to learn quickly, and a strong sense of organization and analysis.
• Strong Knowledge of Nigerian environment, Nigerian purchasing practices and Nigerian importation procedures for compliance reasons
