ToolbarCop is a browser extensions manager which can disable or eliminate the following browser add-ons selectively from Internet Explorer:

  • Browser Helper Objects (BHO)
  • Tool bars
  • Standard Toolbar buttons
  • Context menu Extensions
  • Download managers
  • Protocol Handlers
  • Horizontal / Vertical Explorer Bars (side-search bars)
  • Start-up applications originating from RUN registry keys.

The application has a very simple and clean interface that automatically displays the existing BHO and lets you enable, disable or delete them completely. Since it's all a matter of safety, Toolbarcop also has the power to create backups automatically, but also to provide detailed information on every browser add-on.

And for a better collaboration with Internet Explorer, Toolbarcop can also integrate into Microsoft's popular browser to become accessible via a single click. In addition, it can reset the toolbar layout after disabling some of the entries.
