Job Descriptions: - The ideal candidates will be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings and premises. . Responsibilities: - Organise and check repairs and maintenance - Make sure properties are being used for their intended purpose - Deal with tenancy applications and monitor tenancy agreements - Set and review rent - Ensure cordial relationship between landlords and tenants - Assess the potential of property for both short and long term use - Advise on land purchase issues - Attend meetings and work with other departments and organisations - Analyse financial and other data, and write and present reports - Keep up to date with land management, building control and environmental issues. . Qualification & Experience: - Relevant university Degree in Estate Management, Law /equivalent - A minimum of 1-3 years work experience in the a similar role - Professional qualification is an added advantage - Not older than 35years old - Preferably a male - Ability to go the extra-mile.
