I am currently looking for a INTEGRATED WORKS PROJECT COORDINATOR for a Multinational Operator in Lagos, Nigeria.

Please find below the scope and responsibilities needed for this role.

PROJECT COORDINATOR: 12 – 18 Months Contract

LOCATION: Lagos, Nigeria

RATE: Competitive Day rate

SCOPE

•    Responsible for co-ordination with Operations entities to ensure that Project activities have minimal impact on production.

•    Ensure that Operations requirements included in the Project scope of work are met.

•    HSEQ responsibilities according to site requirements.

•    Participate in Job Safety Analysis, suggest improvement, report any unsafe acts or conditions observed

RESPONSIBILITIES

•    On site, reports to Site Manager (RSES).

•    Follow up Contractor activities (worksite & Off-shore), which will impact on Operations and ensure compliance with Company rules.

•    Ensure that scope of work is fulfilled for Operations aspects and to anticipate potential problems.

•    Co-ordinate with Operations to ensure compliance of the work with their particular procedures & rules.

•    Liaise with operations, Site Manager and Project teams to ensure that construction (pre-com.) commissioning and Start-Up activities can be implemented in a safe and efficient way.

•    Co-ordinate with Site the preparation and supervision of all tie-ins and isolation procedures, JSA (Job Safety Analyses), SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operation) activities / dossiers related to Project Implementation.

•    Participate to S/D schedules preparation in a view to minimise production losses during Off-Shore Project activities.

•    Follow S/D operations initiated for Project activities to ensure they are in line with S/D plans.

•    Co-ordinate, with the Operations Manager and after with the Start-Up Manager, the mobilisation of client team for commissioning Start-up & Production activities.
