Regional Managers Training - Nigeria

Our client, an international training solutions provider, seeks Regional Managers (2), who will be based in Nigeria - one in Abuja and one in Lagos. The Regional Manager will report to the Deployment Head, Practice Heads of Customer Service and Sales and be responsible for developing and implementing a training strategy for the region.

Should have knowledge of the country's manpower challenges of the region and be ready to represent the country at seminars and conferences. Must have a postgraduate degree, preferably MBA. Should have more than 8 yrs managing operations in large or medium sized organisation preferably telecom/FMCG. Must have 5-7 yrs sales experience with 2 yrs Telecom experience.
