 Our client, a major Oil and Gas Operator have an opportunity for a UFR HSE Leader to work on a TLP project, on a long term contract based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.1) UFR HSE Leader

RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the implementation of the Project HSE Management System (plans, procedures and specifications) and Contractual Security Requirements within UFR Package for all aspects of the work.Ensure that HSE requirements are fully addressed in all aspects of design and that the design complies with COMPANY HSE Company Rules and General Specifications.Provide specialist advice, supports, engineering and technical assistance to the Package Manager on HSE matters, with initiation, execution and supervision of internal and external HSE studies and documentation.Ensure that all design changes are subjected to appropriate HSE review and approvals.Provide HSE leadership to the UFR team at all work sites.Review all HSE procedures and follow up their strict implementation on UFR scope and work sites.Monitor the EPC contractors activities to ensure adherence to UFR requirements.Review and follow-up implementation of worksite HSE instructions.Ensure implementation of the incident / accident management system (reporting analysis, recommendations, development, of action plans and monitoring implementation.Coordinate, participate and monitor all HAZOPS, HAZID, HSE audits, reviews, incident and accident investigation, etc.Anticipate and advise the Package Manager on future HSE resources needs, develop detailed mobilisation and demobilisation plans for all worksites accordingly.Establish weekly and monthly Package HSE reporting to Package Manager and ensure continuous and proper recording of HSE statistics, including proper reporting from Contractor and Subcontractors.During site visit be visible at worksite and available / approachable for discussion about HSE concerns.Interface and regularly communicate with the Projects HSE PMT on HSE issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEGraduate Bachelors Degree (BSc) or equivalent in any engineering or physical science, and formal training in HSE with recognized qualification or certification.Minimum 10 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum 7 years on position(s) of similar HSE responsibilities.Thorough knowledge of risk assessment techniques and experience at organising HAZOPS, HAZIDS, HAZAN and other reviews.Administrative skills including proficiency in typical office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).Fluent in English language and ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company. Our client, an International Operator have an opportunity for a Umbilicals OLT Interface Engineer to work on a large deep water development on a contract basis inLagos on an 8.2 Rotation with full expatriate benefits.

Responsibilities

Will monitor the interfaces among UFR, UMB and OLT Bouy to secure compliance with the schedule, consistent design basis and data set at the package interfaces.They will be responsible for the overall UFR Packages design and consistency and integrity with UMB and OLT.

It istheir responsibility to control the effectiveness of the flow of information at the boundaries of the UFR package with UMB and OLT in terms of content and delivery time.

5) Welding EngineerNES Global Talent is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and direct staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the Oil Gas Industry. Our client, a leading exploration and production, oil and gas operator have an opportunity for a UFR Welding Engineer to work on a FPSO development project, on a 12 month renewable contract based in Lagos, Nigeria.

The UFR Welding Engineer will be part of QC inspection team and will assist Systems Leaders for all technical matters related to UFR Material and welding activities (Material, fabrication, welding NDE including line pipe, forgings, bends, umbilical tubing, structural elements, etc ...) performed by UFR, Umbilical and Line Pipe Contractors.

You will be a Material, Welding NDE Lead Engineer with minimum 3-5 years experience in the oil and gas industry; have a MSc in Engineering; have a good knowledge of international design codes / standards and general specifications; knowledge in corrosion aspects and be fluent in English both verbally and in writing

6) Instrumentation EngineerThe role consists of being the Company Representative for general instrument matters for the Instrumentation team.

Specific Activities:

1. To follow-up PSF activities related to Instrumentation to ensure compliance with Company/Project specifications and with the requirements of the project and contract documentation, taking care to consider and facilitate Integration with other EPCs.

2. Ensures that Contractor fulfils his obligations related with input to S4i Instrument database and compliance with methodology.

3. Ensures complance with codes and standards, especially those related to safety such as PSV

testing, hydrostatic testing of hook-ups, stress calculations of thermowells, proper engineering design and checking methods, compliance with qualified vendors list etc.

4. Ensures compliance with storage, preservation and protection requirements of instruments and instrument materials at site to avoid damage from hotworks or environmental conditions, etc.

5. To follow-up procurement, construction, precommissioning, expediting, FAT for his discipline

reporting on activities and progress, highlighting critical problems, non-conformance, drifts and

dysfunction, takes care to meet OPERCOM requirements.

6. Ensures interdisciplinary checking is performed, especially at sensitive interfaces such as between piping and instruments, anticipating problems and offering solutions.

7. To control that contractor resources and organisation are adequate for achieving the discipline

engineering and construction works.

8. To evaluate his workload and request, if necessary, additional resources or means such as corporate expertise assistance via the engineering manager.

9. To keep Project Technical Authority for instrumentation informed of main decisions/orientation and to coordinate for project directives to ensure homogeneous design and materials across EPCs and packages.

10. To comment on Engineering and construction documents within allowed time and coordinate with other Company specialists.

11. To liaise with other project Instrument specialists in order to ensure consistency of the work.

12. To be involved in exemption or modification requests from CONTRACTOR and to answer technical queries.

13. To organize weekly co-ordination meetings with Contractor and organise weekly site-tour with Contractor to inspect construction methods and materials and highlight problems at the earliest stage

14. Covers role of ICSS/Packages Instrument specialist during periods of his absence or mission
