Location:
Port Harcourt, Rivers StateMain Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance of payroll data and accounting records
  • Responsible for developing and implementing sound accounting policies and procedures
  • Oversee the processing of Staff wages, emoluments, loans and advance
  • Manage relationships with external Auditors to ensure successful annual audits
  • Provide financial reports on weekly basis.
  • Will have oversight over the administrative function of the organization.
  • Will lead and supervise Admin staff towards ensuring the administrative health of the organization.
  • Ensure  that all basic principles, regulations and standards of company on  administration including the due diligence, specific buying procedures  (thresholds of procurement, required documentation, authorisation  levels) are consistently applied.
  • Identify cost savings measures and develop appropriate plans for implementation
  • Monitor  and quarterly audit all service providers in line with service  contracts, such as security contracts, janitorial contracts, and other  facility management contracts.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Company's trading, treasury & risk management policies and procedures
  • Ensure  accurate recording and appropriate treatment of accounting data,  including processing of Accounts Payable, Credit & Accounts  Receivable, Assets, Inventory, etc
  • Ensure the clarity, accuracy, integrity and the timely preparation of the Company's financial records, systems and statements
  • Plan and direct financial audits to ensure financial accountability and compliance with established standards
Profile

Educational Background

  • 6-8 years work experience with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Candidate should have strong experience in managing contracts

2) Job Title: Project Lead

Location:
Port Harcourt, Rivers StateMain Responsibilities:

  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
  • Determines  project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements;  assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from  contractors.
  • To liaise with Clients on a regular basis and develop sound business relationships.
  • To  prepare pre-qualification and tender documentation in accordance with  Company's IMS in consultation with Business Line Managers.
  • To negotiate contract terms in consultation with the Contracts Manager
  • Participate in the production of department and Company plans and budgets
  • Tendering  project management responsibilities for supervision of the Commercial  Assistants to ensure schedules, deadlines and quality are met
  • To keep informed about Company's capacities and capabilities in business lines and in general.
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

3) Job Position: Cost ControllerLocation: LagosDescription

  • Develop,  coordinate and manage procedures to ensure the efficient cost control  of the Projects, including the recording, controlling, forecasting and  reporting of all financial matters.
Responsibilities
  • Managing all internal and required external management reporting proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed
  • Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs
  • Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area
  • Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices.
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis
  • Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections.
  • Managing the business profitability and ensuring that profit, working capital and cash commitments are duly met.
  • Coordinating the budget and forecasting

4) Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location:
LagosReports to: Group TreasurerRole summary:The  Group Treasurer has overall responsibility of managing financial assets  and liabilities of the group with a view to optimizing margins. The job  holder will oversee cash/ bank accounts management, liquidity  management, procurement of finance from bankers, corporate finance,  relationships with banks and rating agencies and financial risk  management. The key objectives are to minimize idle balances, minimize  interest expense and maximize yield on financial assets.Responsibilities:
  • Managing the liquidity of the organisation and ensuring that yield on financial assets is maximized
  • Managing bank accounts, cash flow monitoring, planning, pooling and netting
  • Procurement of finance for working capital or tied to specific projects
  • Forecasting cash payments and withdrawals and anticipating challenges arising from cash concentration or limited cash flow
  • Responsibility for securing medium/long term finance from Investment bankers and fund managers
  • Monitors  funding requirements to meet current or long term corporate objectives  and negotiates with financial service providers to obtain the most cost  effective source of funds Making decisions on the funding of the  company's operations
  • Prepares periodic reports for submission to the Management
  • Maintaining Relationship with banks and rating agencies
