FITC is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Legal Director

Academic Requirements:
•   Candidate must possess LLB and BL
•   An LLM or MBA will be an added advantage
•   Candidate must have fifteen (15) years working experience, five of which should be in senior management position in a reputable organisation
 
Technical Requirements:
•   The successful candidate must have expertise in  legislation and judicial systems
•   S/he will manage inquiries & disciplinary procedures
•   S/he will manage & coordinate external Legal Service provision
•   Candidates should also have relevant experience working with the board of an organisation (e.g. as a Company Secretary)
•   The successful candidate will also manage relationships with Stakeholders
 
Behavioral Requirements: 
•   The ideal candidate must subscribe to strict standards of quality and accuracy
•   S/he must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of dealing with colleagues with diplomacy while ensuring rules and regulations are strictly adhered to
•   The ideal person should possess functional interpersonal networks across a range of industries
